Packet of 5 pairs of NPN matched transistors. These are On Semiconductor BC547CTA transistors in a TO-92-3 kinked lead package. Each pair of transistors has been matched to within 0.5mV Vbe using the Fritz differential method.
These transistors are suitable for building Moog style ladder filters and are the same transistors used in the Kassutronics Ladder Filter kit.
